OLIVER WILLIAM GOOD Peacefully on Tuesday, August 17 at the Betel Home, Oliver Good, aged 84 years, of Selkirk, MB. He was predeceased by his first wife Mae; second wife Ara; sons, Oliver and Claire; and daughter Coleen. Dad was the last of his family. Oliver will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his daughters, Barb (Stephen), Pat (Wendy), Karen (Rick), Heather (Dana), as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He also had a great many nieces and nephews. Dad was born September 10, 1919 in Balmoral, MB. He was the youngest of five children. Dad spent most of his working life in the trucking business, first owning his own business and afterwards driving for other firms. Dad was always very involved in the community, either calling bingo, delivering mail, or helping wherever he was needed. Dad also loved playing cards, especially cribbage or solitaire. A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 20, at 1:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel with Pastor Stan Richards officiating.
